If 40 North UK needs to cancel the course:
We endeavour to not cancel any training course that you book, however, in order for certain courses to run we require a minimum number of participants as team working is often integral to the learning outcomes. • A credit for future bookings

Course Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the course requirements prior to booking your desired course. These requirements can be based on those set by awarding organisations or, by us, as a responsible training organisation to ensure the health and safety of students.

Reasonable adjustments are, where possible made to be inclusive of all learners needs. However there are some physical attributes in a number of the courses we deliver that could exclude individuals with reduced mobility, strength or have certain phobias.

Drugs, Alcohol and Conduct

Drugs and Alcohol

40 North UK Ltd operates a zero tolerance to drug and alcohol when participating in our training courses.

If it is suspected that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be asked to participate in a drug and alcohol saliva test to ensure your safety and that of other students and faculty.

If you decline to participate in the test, you will not be able to proceed with the training course and no refund will be given.

If you provide a positive test, a further test from a separate batch number can be offered. If this is declined or both tests are positive you will not be able to proceed with the course and no refund will be given.

Bullying, harassment or inappropriate behaviour

40 North UK operates a zero tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, inappropriate, violent or threatening behaviour. Should you conduct yourself in this manner you will not be able to proceed with the training course and no refund will be given.
